Romanian Nautical College (RNC) was build up by a group of professionals and experienced instructors from the Romanian Naval Academy and Constantza Maritime University, with a long experience at sea, wishing to open a new educational alternative for the young people in Eastern Europe – and not only – meant to offer a quick access to a well paid job at sea. In the following years, our level of ambition is to become a Centre of Excellence, covering all STCW-required competencies.
